Billi holds a bachelor's degree in nursing and dedicated 24 years to working as a Pedorthist and Operations Manager for a retail and foot care facility. As the Operations Manager at the Lindsay Perrico State Farm office, Billi’s goals are focused on enhancing our quality of customer care and implementing efficient systems across all our insurance operations.
